John E. Carr
President
As president of YRC Logistics, John Carr leads the YRC Worldwide global logistics management company. He is also vice chairman of JHJ International, a Shanghai-based joint venture of YRC Worldwide, and is a board member of Jiayu, the company's intra-China ground transportation company. YRC Logistics provides transportation, distribution and global services, enabling clients to improve overall supply-chain processes and more efficiently connect with their suppliers and final consumers. Carr joined YRC Logistics in 2007 as president of Americas and Europe.
Carr has more than 25 years of experience in global logistics. He has distinguished himself in his work with clients on solutions design and subsequent implementation, demonstrating that execution is the key to success in the supply-chain world. Before YRC Logistics, Carr was president of Global Supply Chain Management at BAX Global Logistics. He was group vice president and, later, executive vice president of Sales & Marketing at Fritz Companies. Carr also held leadership positions at Profit/LEP International (GEO Logistics), Pandair Freight and Behring International.
Carr has a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a Master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a member of the Georgia Technology Institute Advisory Board for the Executive Master's in International Logistics advanced degree program. Carr also is chairman of Kidz2Leaders, a nonprofit organization that helps change the lives of prisoners' children and break the cycle of incarceration.

Dan Bentzinger
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
As senior vice president and chief information officer, Dan Bentzinger is responsible for all information-technology-related functions at YRC Logistics, including technology development and support.
Before joining YRC Logistics, Bentzinger was senior vice president and chief information officer for Transportation.com where he led the technology development group for the startup company. Before that, Bentzinger was the chief information officer for The Kansas City Southern Railway (KCSR) and helped transform a legacy-centric staff into a vibrant, customer-focused organization. He further advanced his transportation expertise and developed key relationships with industry professionals while holding positions at Yellow Technology Services, Andersen Consulting and IBM.
Michael W. Collins
Senior Vice President of Global Operations
As senior vice president of Global Operations at YRC Logistics, Michael Collins is responsible for the company's operations in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Before his current position, he was responsible for sales and operations in the Americas and Europe where he led business growth and supported the company's development and expansion efforts in Asia. Collins joined the company in 2003.
Before joining YRC Logistics, Collins was vice president of Global Operations for GPS USA and was a regional director before that. Collins also worked at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics where he was director of Operations and director of Market Development. Before that, Collins served in various management, international transportation, supply-chain and customs brokerage capacities at BAX Global.
Collins has mor than 25 years of experience in the logistics and forwarding industry.
Eric Friedlander
Managing Director of Asia Operations
As managing director for the YRC Logistics Asia operations, Eric Friedlander is responsible for all aspects of business operations, development, government relations and financial performance in China and all other countries in the Asia region. He also is a member of the board of directors for the company's joint ventures in Asia.
Before his current role, he served as senior vice president for Asia Development at YRC Logistics and as chief operating officer of YRC Logistics Asia, responsible for China development from a financial and M&A perspective. He also was responsible for managing all operations in Asia outside China, which included driving and supporting joint venture development and overall strategic planning and execution. Before that, Friedlander was senior vice president and chief financial officer for YRC Logistics.
Before joining YRC Logistics, Friedlander was vice president of Finance for Transportation.com and vice president of Finance at Yellow Corp., the predecessor to YRC Worldwide Inc. He was with Inter-Maritime Forwarding Co., an international freight forwarder and customs-house broker, for 15 years, working as controller, corporate secretary and treasurer. He also was trade administrator for Boles Trade Inc. in Washington, D.C.
A Phi Beta Kappa, Friedlander earned a bachelor of arts degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis. He holds a master of arts degree in Asian studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was awarded a congressional fellowship.
David N. Griffith
Sr. Vice President Logistics
As senior vice president logistics, David Griffith is responsible for all flow through, distribution, warehouse, fulfillment and related value-added services that the company provides in the United States. In addition, Griffith is responsible for the operational aspects of supply-chain solutions, including engineering, project management and quality. He also leads business development in the United States and sales strategic planning globally. He joined the company in January 2008.
Before YRC Logistics, Griffith was vice president of Global Supply Chain Management with BAX Global/Schenker Logistics where he was responsible for business development, solutions design, project implementation, transportation management services (TMS) operations and client-facing information technology solutions. Griffith also worked at Speedchain, a boutique supply-chain application firm where he helped build and deploy visibility applications and was a global account executive for Fritz Companies supporting energy services customers worldwide. Griffith began his career in the industry with Intertrans Inc., working in Mexico City as managing director of the Mexico market.
Griffith earned a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Texas, and a master's degree in Latin American studies and an MBA in international business from the University of New Mexico.
Brenda Stasiulis
Vice President of Finance
As vice president of Finance for YRC Logistics, Brenda Stasiulis is responsible for global finance and accounting and financial reporting. Stasiulis joined the company in 2004 and is also vice president and assistant controller for YRC Worldwide.
Before joining the company, Stasiulis was with Ernst & Young LLP for 16 years. While there, she worked in the audit practice, specializing in manufacturing and service industries.
Stasiulis earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting, graduating magna cum laude from Baker University, and received her certification in 1989. She is a member of The Central Exchange, the Missouri Society of CPAs and the United Way Young Leaders Society. An alumna of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, Stasiulis leads a group of alumni volunteers in managing the budget for maintaining its 100-year-old housing structure.
